Quality Improvement

NCC will develop, lead, and support QI activities with the RGNs to achieve the stated goals of the system. In the first year of the RGN/NCC/NGEFC cycle, key staff from the RGNs will get basic training in CQI and coaching support from NCC. During year 2, the RGN key personnel will more fully partner with the NCC to deliver training and support to regional representatives. During year 3, the RGN key personnel will lead efforts to provide training to their network members, with the NCC acting in a more supportive role. QI support will be given throughout the year to the RGNs through regularly scheduled calls.
