State and Federal Legislative and Regulation Tracking

Are you interested in learning what genetics related policies your state is proposing either through regulation or legislation? NCC can help! Utilizing the CQ state tracking system, you can explore legislation and regulation states are proposing that may affect the delivery of genetic service across the country.

Legislative Reports

In order to enable the legislative reports more manageable, NCC has broken the tracking into five categories: condition specific, general genetics, genetic professionals, genomic tests, and telegenetics. Within each of the five categories are specific terms that are being tracked. Explore each of these categories below.

Within each report, you will find a clickable map, as well as the list of terms utilized to generate the report.

If you would like to receive a certain report in your inbox either for the entire country, a specific state, or a collection of states, use this sign-up form.
